Returns & Refunds (14 Days)
We accept returns or replacements within 14 days of delivery if your item:
- Arrives faulty or damaged
- Is broken on arrival
- Is not functioning properly under normal use
To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original condition.

1-Year Warranty
All Trim Mate products include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering:
- Manufacturing defects
- Faulty workmanship under normal use
If an issue arises within this period, we will provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
What’s Not Covered
The following are not covered under returns or warranty:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or lack of maintenance
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Final Notes
Due to the nature of grooming tools, returns are only accepted for faulty or defective items within the 14-day window.
